Training on Solar Systems Development
We recruit and train staff who end up working in our offices. The training and preparation of our trainees is done for effective SOLAR ENERGY service delivery. Adequate training and coaching is highly required in solar energy production. Solar development and power installation is fully explained in an INDUCTION classes for PRACTICAL knowledge. In addition, we demonstrate our trainings to the new recruits in order to keep up with INTERNATIONAL standards of Solar Energy industry. Ibrasom Green Solar Energy has both internship recruits working under supervision of the experienced solar energy technicians. Finally, we go with new trainees into the details of solar energy MANUALS that guide service delivery in system development and solar installation.
